We are Currently hiring For a Sales Manager In our CAB Channel.
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs) across various branches to drive business growth.
2. Promote and present our products to RMs of broking companies, achieving sales targets through effective product positioning and partnership development.
3. Conduct field sales meetings with RMs at different branches, showcasing our products and addressing their needs.
4. Convince broking companies to prioritize our products, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.
5. Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis.
6. Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products all times.
7. The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life but candidate will be seating in the premises of Broking Companies
