Neo FO Premium Associate

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate financial transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle customer queries and escalations for premium banking clients with professionalism.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management guidelines.
Perform data entry, account maintenance, and reconciliation tasks within defined timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or exceptions.
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively across both
voice and non-voice
channels (email/chat).

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good understanding of
banking operations, KYC, account processing, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and banking tools.
Flexibility to work in
rotational shifts.
