Job Description

someone who has already got inhouse experience in a similar role or maybe someone from a leading law firm who would like to go in-house
a proactive, self-driven individual who is comfortable operating with broad responsibility without a narrowly defined set of tasks .
The ideal candidate should be able to join the team and quickly ramp up by learning how the team currently works, understanding our services, and absorbing knowledge.
should also be able to identify gaps, connect the dots across functions, and take ownership of new initiatives without relying on constant guidance from the Group Legal team.
person should be capable of supporting types of agreements.
building and improving processes, identifying the right partners across the organization, and leading the implementation of new tools and solutions together with the Group Legal Operations team.
this individual must have strong people-leadership capabilities to engage, motivate, and develop the team so they are equipped and enthusiastic to support new areas of work.
