Role Overview

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound interactions with customers via calls.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer information and records.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0.6 Months of experience in Voice/Customer Service process (mandatory).

  • Graduate candidates may apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
