SUMMARY

Job Title: Conga CPQ Business Analyst with Product Owner

Location: PAN INDIA

Experience: 10+ years

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conga CPQ Business Analyst with Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, gathering and translating business requirements into clear user stories, and collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Conga CPQ, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, Salesforce Champions, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback to refine requirements
Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with platform best practices and technical constraints
Advocate for end-user needs to ensure Salesforce implementations improve usability and adoption
Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating deliverables against requirements
Coordinate with release management and change management teams to plan and deploy Salesforce updates smoothly
Ensure Salesforce data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations
Help develop training materials and support resources to enable effective user onboarding and adoption

5+ years of relevant experience in Conga CPQ Business Analyst Product Owner
Must-have skills:

+ Conga CPQ Business Analyst Certification

+ Experience working with Conga CPQ on Salesforce

+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Salesforce
