SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Professional to lead strategic client engagement and technical advocacy within our construction chemicals division. This role is critical in establishing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders architects, consultants, developers, and government officials ensuring our innovative products are specified and successfully implemented across high-impact construction projects. As a technical ambassador, you will drive product adoption through targeted seminars, hands-on training, and on-site support, directly contributing to sales growth, market expansion, and long-term client loyalty across Hyderabad and Bangalore. Your technical expertise and client-centric approach will be instrumental in aligning solutions with project demands and reinforcing our brand’s credibility in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage a strategic network of key clients, including architects, consultants, developers, and government authorities, to drive product specification and support regional sales objectives.
  • Design and deliver impactful technical seminars and presentations at client locations to enhance product awareness and build technical trust.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for the regional sales team and contractors on product applications, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor project execution, collaborate with PMCs, architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensure accurate product application and timely resolution of technical challenges.
  • Develop customized technical documentation, including specification drawings, mix designs, and project-specific technical reports, to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, operational insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead and coordinate major architectural presentations across the northern region to increase brand visibility and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or field application engineering within the construction chemicals or building materials sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with architects, consultants, and developers, with in-depth knowledge of specification workflows and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and training abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, including experience in preparing detailed technical documents and performance analyses.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Hyderabad and Bangalore, including site visits and client engagements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and technical design tools such as AutoCAD or equivalent is preferred.
