Create and publish job advertisements across platforms such as job boards and social media.
Ensure job descriptions are clear, concise, and accurately reflect role requirements.
Source potential candidates through online databases, professional networks, and other channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine role requirements.
Manage and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data.
Assist in preparing offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
