Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans, located in Karnal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include recruiting and managing a team of sales executives, driving business growth, maintaining internal and external stakeholder communication, monitoring performance metrics, and exploring new opportunities to expand the two-wheeler loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Experience in relationship building with dealers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Team management skills, including recruiting, monitoring, and evaluating team performance
• Analytical ability for monitoring sales performance and identifying business growth opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of two-wheeler loan products or financial services is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or automobile sector
