Branch Manager – Agency Channel

: Chennai, Erode, Coimbatore, Thanjavur.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve business targets for the branch by building a sustainable and productive distribution force.
Manage branch operations, costs, and ensure smooth business functioning.
Implement various tactical and strategic business initiatives.
Effectively manage Sales Managers to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
Coach, train, and support reporting managers for performance enhancement.
Review and track growth to ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
Collaborate closely with Regional, Zonal, and National Heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead by example, providing direction and motivation to the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum
8 years of experience in Life Insurance sales

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
