Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understanding Akamai internal systems, data sources, and processes
Analyzing data from Akamai Product Catalog and related systems to identify issues or gaps
Updating and maintaining the Product Catalog and Product Pricing along with their related systems per the set cadence.
Supporting - field queries, customer queries and partner queries and be the first level of resolution. Escalate to engineering for a second level of support.
Working with the Marketplace team and the Akamai Sales team to coordinate the trial request.
Executing timely and safe deprovisioning of churned customer accounts. Also ensuring that accounts are deprovisioned with due diligence as per the set targets.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Understanding internal processes and figuring out automation opportunities

Preferred skills -

Have Bachelors in Engineering (E&CE/ CS/IS/IT) OR BCA/MCA OR MBA
Have experience in support/ business analyst / data analytics/analysis-focused roles.
Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Have good interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
