HIMS System Manager

• Having Experience in Healthcare Industry of Minimum 5 Years.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation:Develop and execute ERP strategies aligned with the healthcare organization's goals, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• System Management and Optimization:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring it is configured correctly, integrated with other systems, and running efficiently.
• Project Management:Manage ERP projects from initiation to completion, including budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Compliance and Security:Ensure the ERP system adheres to relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security protocols.
• Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system to improve their workflows and patient care delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with various departments, such as finance, human resources, and clinical operations, to understand their ERP needs and ensure seamless integration.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Implement performance monitoring tools and generate reports to track system health, identify issues, and measure the impact of ERP on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Project Management:Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT staff.
• Healthcare Knowledge:Understanding of healthcare business processes, including revenue cycle management, patient care delivery, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to optimize ERP system performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
