Store Incharge ( Hospital Experience Must)

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply of medical and surgical items.
• Order and replenish stock as needed to meet hospital demands.
• Implement and maintain stock rotation, tracking expiration dates to remove obsolete or expired items.
• Operations & Compliance:
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Enforce and comply with health and safety regulations within the store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the store premises.
• Procurement & Vendor Relations:
• Receive, check, and store incoming medical supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Prepare and submit reports on damaged or incorrect items for claims or returns.
• Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate computerized records of inventory transactions, stock movements, and consumption patterns.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory and stock reports to management.
• Staff Supervision:
• Supervise and train store staff, including performance evaluations and task delegation.
• Assign duties and manage the labor schedule for store personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
