JUNIOR COOK / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT  Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh  Employment Type: Full-time  Company: Aakarima Ventures About the Role : We are looking for a Junior Cook / Production Assistant who can support large-scale healthy food production, focusing on ready-to-eat meals and roasted snacks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about healthy cooking, and comfortable working in a semi-automated production setup that blends traditional taste with modern food technology. You’ll assist in recipe execution, measurement tracking, roasting and mixing operations, and documentation of batch details and trials — ensuring every batch meets our brand’s promise of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Cooking Assistance Assist in preparation, roasting, seasoning, and packaging of healthy snacks and RTE meal components. Execute recipes under supervision with precise ingredient measurements. Support small-scale and large-scale production runs maintaining uniform taste and texture. Operate roasting machines, mixers, and freeze-dry-assisted preparation setups (training provided). 2. Documentation & Process Tracking Maintain daily production sheets with batch codes, ingredient weights, and time logs. Record all trials, recipe changes, and quality feedback in structured formats. Assist in standardizing recipes from kitchen to industrial scale. 3. Quality & Hygiene Ensure all operations meet FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards. Follow proper cleaning, sanitization, and material handling protocols. Check and verify ingredients for freshness and quality before use. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with R&D and production teams for trials and improvements. Communicate observations related to product taste, texture, or shelf life. Support smooth coordination between kitchen and production departments. Candidate Profile Education: Minimum: 12th pass Preferred: Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts / Food Production / Hotel Management Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a commercial kitchen, food manufacturing, or roasting setup. Experience in healthy or preservative-free food segments will be an advantage. Skills & Traits: Strong numerical understanding (weights, ratios, conversions). Good documentation and Excel entry skills. Attention to detail with consistency in every batch. Passion for healthy food and experimentation. Team player with focus, discipline, and reliability.
