Prepare fresh pancakes, waffles, crepes, and dessert items according to the standard recipes Measure and mix ingredients, prepare batters, toppings, sauces, and fillings Operate kitchen equipment (griddle, induction, mixers, etc.) Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation at all times Follow food safety standards and store items properly Ensure timely service and quality presentation for customer orders Assist in inventory checks, stock storage, and receiving deliveries Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations Learn and follow the brand’s standard operating procedures (SOPs)
