Customer Service and Communication 3. Addressing and resolving customer's issue and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Candidate Skill: 1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. 3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's products and services. 6. Empathy: Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
