Helpdesk Associate

Role Overview: As a Helpdesk Associate at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing L2 technical guidance in activities related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. Your role will involve activities such as recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. You will act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, supporting them in troubleshooting MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications. Additionally, you are expected to have a sound understanding of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 technical guidance in resolving reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. - Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure. - Troubleshoot MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications. - Follow ITIL best practices for Incident and Request Management procedures. Qualifications: - Must be a Graduate, with a preference for B.Tech/B.E or any other technical degree. - Good communication skills with at least 1 year of international calling experience. - Strong comprehension and writing skills. - Excellent customer handling skills. - Comfortable working in rotational shifts with a 24x7 support window.
