Helpdesk Associate

Role Overview: As a Helpdesk Associate, your role will involve being the first point of contact for tenants, occupants, and the Building services team. You will utilize your knowledge of complaint management systems/software to provide assistance, answer questions, help resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Property Management (PM) team to assign and follow up on complaints until closure. It will be your duty to update end-users on closure status and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
