Job Description

Role Overview: As a Help Desk Technician, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for end-users facing technical issues. You will be tasked with monitoring and managing the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, and escalating complex issues when required. Your duties will include supporting software installations, setting up hardware, conducting basic network troubleshooting, and maintaining regular communication with users to provide updates on ticket status. Your contributions to team knowledge bases and insights for enhancing support services will be invaluable for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the helpdesk ticketing system - Prioritize and resolve tickets promptly - Escalate complex issues as necessary - Support software installations and hardware setup - Conduct basic network troubleshooting - Maintain communication with users regarding ticket status - Contribute to team knowledge bases - Provide insights for continuous improvement of support services Qualifications Required: - Experienced in the US technical support/sales process - Excellent English communication skills - Excellent customer handling skills - Experience in technical sales, particularly with Smart speakers, E-Mail calls, Extenders/routers, GPS systems, etc. - Willingness to work night shifts with 6 days a week and fixed Sundays off Additional Company Details: The company is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive with opportunities for full-time employment through walk-ins. The salary is negotiable with good incentive plans offering up to 20k per month. Desired Candidate Profile: - Freshers and experienced candidates from the Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula) are preferred - Candidates should be able to commute to the Mohali office - Candidates should be hardworking and possess a competitive nature suited for the job Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: Business development, lead generation, total work, and sales experience of 1 year each is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Work Location: In person Incentive Plans are available for eligible candidates.,
