Location: Mohali, India
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Respond to support tickets, chat requests, and calls promptly.
  • Log issues and solutions accurately into the system.
  • Support escalations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer/networking troubleshooting abilities.
  • 1 year of helpdesk or tech support experience is ideal.
  • Must be able to work night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
