Heavy Truck Driver

1. Transportation Management:

· Coordinate & execute the scheduling, routing, and tracking of flatbed service & Delivery.

· Optimize load planning to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

· Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

2. Carrier Relations:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with flatbed carriers and drivers.

· Negotiate rates and secure capacity with reliable carriers.

· Monitor delivery performance and address any service issues promptly.

3. Customer Service:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding flatbed services.

· Provide updates on delivery status and address inquiries or concerns.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering on commitments.

· Maintaining good relations on regular basis with new and used car dealers to promote business

4. Documentation and Compliance:

· Prepare and maintain accurate delivery documentation, including bills of lading and permits.

· Manage records related to truck, invoices, and delivery agreements.

5. Problem Resolution:

· Identify and resolve transportation issues, such as delays or damages, repairs, promptly.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.

6. Business Development:

· Implementing efficient logistic ideas for smooth operation without compromising on business

· Come up with Innovative ways to improve business

· Maintaining good relations on regular basis with new and used car dealers to promote business

7. Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare and send daily activity report (DAR) including planned trip (if any) through email/WhatsApp.

· Track, analyze and prepare cost and revenue reports of flatbed services and submit to Reporting Head and Aftersales Head.

· Generate regular reports to evaluate operational efficiency and suggest improvements.

· Assist in budget planning and cost management for flatbed services.

· Leaves to be planned and alternate arrangements should be done to ensure the operations to be taken care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
