Job Overvie w Job Title : Sales Manager Location : Jammu Industry : Manufacturing Salary - 12 LPA Experience in Sales - EPC Sales /heavy machinery / DG Sets / Equipments +91 79843 48404 - tara, tara@corporatecomrade.com Key Responsibilities: Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our gas genset sales operations in the Noida region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power solutions, specifically gas generators, and a proven track record in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and project-based selling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for gas gensets in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, channel partners, and key decision-makers. Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify trends and opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business plan. Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution and post-sales support. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred); MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage. Experience: 8 years of experience in sales of gas gensets or power solutions. Industry Exposure: Candidates from gas genset, DG set, or industrial power solutions background preferred. Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of gas generator applications, sizing, and client requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
