Job Summary:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions within healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of healthcare hiring needs, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including Registered Nurses (RN), LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, Physicians, Healthcare Administration, and allied health roles.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and grassroots outreach.
  • Conduct screening calls to evaluate experience, skills, licensure, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers, rates, and employment terms in line with client and company policies.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing, background checks, and regulatory hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring departments.
  • Track recruitment activities and update ATS or CRM tools regularly.
  • Stay informed on current trends in healthcare hiring, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.



Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience hiring clinical and allied healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, resume mining, and direct outreach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements including licensure, certifications, BGC, and credentialing.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in Nursing Agencies, Healthcare Staffing Firms, Hospitals, Clinics, or Long-Term Care.
