Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
for healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Front Office, Billing, Sales, Support Staff, etc.).
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, databases
, and networking within the healthcare industry.
Conduct
initial screening
to assess qualification, experience, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate
interviews, assessments, and feedback
between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and ensure smooth
offer rollout and onboarding
.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring positions.
Maintain accurate
recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS
.
Ensure hiring is completed within
defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
.
Follow compliance related to recruitment, documentation, and HR policies.
Promote the organization's brand through
candidate engagement and communication
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
HR, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
.
2–3 years of experience
in healthcare recruitment (hospital, diagnostics, or healthcare staffing).
Strong understanding of
healthcare roles, skills, and qualifications
.
Excellent
sourcing skills
(Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, internal database).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements with
speed and accuracy
.
Experience with
ATS / recruitment tools
(added advantage).
