Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at beBeeMedicals, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to understand their recruitment needs.
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers and compensation packages.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and candidates.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
