About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

:Plan and execute wellness initiatives such as fitness sessions, mental wellness webinars, and Health Mela
sManage end-to-end logistics for on-ground events, including vendor coordination, equipment handling, and venue readines
sLiaise with wellness coaches, doctors, labs, and event partners to ensure smooth deliver
yCollaborate with internal teams and client SPOCs to understand requirements and align executio
nMaintain detailed trackers, schedules, and documentation for each even
tHandle on-the-ground execution of Health Melas, including setup, registration, flow management, and troubleshootin
gCollect feedback, prepare reports, and track participation and engagement metric
sSupport pilot wellness initiatives and contribute to scaling successful format

sWhat We’re Looking Fo

r:1–3 years of experience in operations, events, or healthcare/wellne
ssStrong organizational and multitasking skil
lsPrior experience managing logistics for events or health camps is a pl
usExcellent communication and stakeholder management skil
lsProficient in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Zoom/Meet, and basic dashboar
dsWillingness to travel for on-ground execution when requir
