🧰 Experience: 5+ Years (Senior Level: 10+ Years)

🎓 Qualification:

✔️ BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma – Mechanical or Electrical

✔️ Safety Certification: NEBOSH / IOSH / Equivalent

🔎 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support construction and pre-commissioning activities at project sites in Gujarat. The role involves safety inspections, contractor HSE compliance, incident investigations, PTW systems, and coordination with the RIL Site HSE Lead.

🛠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✔️ Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identifications.

✔️ Review and approve contractor HSE documents (SMPs, SWMS, SOPs).

✔️ Provide HSE reports and daily updates to the RIL Site HSE Lead.

✔️ Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and HSE awareness trainings.

✔️ Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective actions.

✔️ Monitor PPE usage, safe work procedures, PTW systems (including LOTO).

✔️ Coordinate HSE activities with contractors, site engineers, and construction teams.

✔️ Support surveillance activities and third-party inspections.

✔️ Participate in HSE campaigns, audits, and emergency drills.

✔️ Attend project meetings and present HSE performance/KPIs.

✔️ Knowledge of construction & industrial HSE standards

✔️ Strong in SMP/SWMS/SOP preparation & review

✔️ Skilled in incident investigation & root-cause analysis

✔️ Strong communication & training delivery skills

✔️ Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting

✔️ High attention to detail and proactive safety mindset
