Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis using real market data and CE’s verified supplier network. Ensure all bids reflect CE’s no subcontracting, direct execution model. 2. Post-Contract & Execution Stage Prepare and submit accurate, verifiable running and final bills to clients. Certify vendor/supplier bills strictly against site progress verified via CE’s real-time tracking system. Monitor resource utilization to control wastage and improve productivity. Update live cost-to-complete data to support management decision-making. 3.Contracts & Claims Management Ensure all contract conditions are met without compromising CE’s safety, quality, and compliance commitments. Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and time extensions with complete documentary evidence from CE’s digital records. Maintain strong documentation to defend CE’s interests in any dispute. 4. Commercial Controls Protect project profitability by ensuring budgets are maintained and leakages prevented. Highlight risks early and propose commercially sound mitigation steps. Provide transparent, real-time MIS reports to senior management. 5. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as the commercial link between project sites, procurement, and finance. Build trust with clients through clear, honest commercial communication. Lead, mentor, and train junior QS and billing teams in CE’s transparency-first processes. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Engineering with QS/commercial specialization. Experience: 8–12 years in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Commercial roles in MEP/Industrial Construction. Skills & Competencies Mastery of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost control in large-scale projects. Strong grasp of contract law and standard forms (FIDIC, CPWD, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. Ethical, detail-oriented, and aligned with CE’s values of transparency and trust. Role Purpose To lead site HSE implementation and ensure full compliance with PMCs , driving zero-harm execution through robust ARBA , JSA , PTW discipline, audits, and documentation. Key Responsibilities1) PMC / Client Interface Act as the single point HSE coordinator fo r PMCs for inspections, audits, and compliance closure. Attend daily/weekly HSE meetings with PMC/client and present site status, incident updates, and action closures. Ensure timely compliance submissions : HSE plans, method statements safety inputs, risk assessments, JSA, PTW records, training logs, inspection checklists. Conduct pre-job briefings and verify workforce understanding before start of work. 3) PTW (Permit-to-Work) & High-Risk Activities Control Enforce PTW systems for high-risk activities and ensure permits are: correctly raised, approved, displayed, and closed, supported with ARBA/JSA, LOTO, gas test, lifting plan, etc. Verify lifting operations including: crane fitness, rigger certification, lifting plan, load chart, sling inspection . 4) Site Inspections, Audits, and Reporting Conduct daily site walkthroughs , identify unsafe acts/conditions, and ensure corrective actions. Run internal audits aligned to PMC expectations and prepare sites for external audits. Maintain dashboards: leading indicators (TBTS, inspections, training, near-miss) and lagging indicators (incidents, first aid, property damage). 5) Training & Workforce Compliance Ensure induction and ongoing training for all personnel: safety induction, tool-box talks, PPE, WAH, lifting, electrical safety, emergency response. Track and maintain training records, medical fitness, and competency documentation (operators, riggers, electricians). 6) Incident & Near Miss Management Lead incident reporting, investigation (RCA) , and corrective/preventive action tracking. Drive near-miss reporting culture and safety improvements without blame. 7) Documentation & Statutory Compliance Maintain complete HSE documentation as required by PMC/client: HSE Plan, emergency plan, MSDS, PPE matrix, inspection registers, PTW logs, equipment checklists. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client EHS standards. Experience & Profile 5–10+ years HSE experience in industrial/MEP/construction projects , preferably with PMC-led projects . Proven experience dealing with PMC and closing observations professionally. Quality Control Engineer MEP QC Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of HVAC, Utilities, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems, contributing to successfully completing the construction project on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities : Perform Dimensional Inspection and review Test Certificates Study drawings and project related quality assurance plan. Coordinate with TPI/Client for routine inspection according to project requirements. Study the manufacturing procedures and perform inspection planning for critical inspection activities to avoid non conformity at later stage.
