Health Mediclaim Insurance Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Mediclaim Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell individual and family Mediclaim policies. You will need to identify potential customers, explain policy benefits, handle objections, and ultimately close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers using various channels such as field visits, calls, leads, referrals, and digital platforms. - Promote different Mediclaim insurance plans including individual, family floater, senior citizen, and top-up policies. - Clearly explain policy features such as sum insured, waiting periods, exclusions, and network hospitals to prospective clients. - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable Mediclaim plans based on their requirements. - Provide assistance to customers with form filling, KYC procedures, and documentation. - Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth proposal processing and policy issuance. - Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Maintain an updated customer database and regularly update sales reports. - Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company processes for all sales activities. - Offer post-sales service and support for renewals and claims whenever necessary. Qualification Required: - Graduation is the minimum qualification required for this role. - You should have at least 3 years of experience in health/Mediclaim/general insurance sales. - A good understanding of Mediclaim policy structures and claim processes is essential. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective customer interactions. - Being target-oriented with a customer-first approach is crucial for success in this role. - Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in Email, Excel, and CRM entry is expected. - Ability to explain technical policy terms in a simple and clear manner will be an advantage.
