We are looking for a dynamic Head – Technology Partnerships to lead our strategic initiatives that extend the core underlying technology that powers our access control and identity management technology into new industries and business models.

Our platform powers mobile credentials, cloud-based access management, visitor and tenant solutions, and controller integrations — and we are now focused on scaling this technology through licensing, OEM alliances, and cross-industry collaborations.

The ideal candidate will bring a rare blend of technical depth and commercial foresight, capable of identifying new use cases, forging strategic partnerships, and converting innovation into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new industries and verticals (e.g., proptech, coworking, logistics, hospitality, mobility, fintech) where our technology can create value.

• Develop and execute partnership strategies including technology licensing, OEM integrations, co-innovation initiatives, and platform collaborations.

• Design and operationalize scalable business models such as SDK/API-based licensing, white-label solutions, or revenue-sharing partnerships.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align technical capabilities with partner requirements and market opportunities.

• Lead commercial and technical negotiations, ensuring win–win outcomes and long-term value creation.

• Stay ahead of industry standards and emerging technologies (BLE, NFC, QR, cloud access, interoperability frameworks) to maintain a competitive edge.

• Represent the organization at industry events, associations, and partner forums to strengthen brand and ecosystem presence.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in Wireless/IoT/Smart-building/Mobile technologies, with demonstrated success in partnerships, business development, or product strategy.

• Strong technical understanding of access control systems, APIs, SDKs, and credentialing technologies (mobile, BLE, NFC, QR).

• Proven ability to structure and close strategic alliances or licensing agreements.

• Analytical and commercially savvy, with a track record of identifying and monetizing new technology opportunities.

• Self-driven leader with strong execution capability, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
