Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This is a critical leadership opportunity to drive ESG excellence across our global

network during a pivotal growth phase. As Head of ESG, you will lead our

sustainability agenda built on two core pillars: robust data collection and

reporting, and compelling storytelling and stakeholder engagement. You will be

responsible for transforming complex ESG data into powerful narratives that drive

stakeholder buy-in and organizational change.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility experience
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change
Strong background in ESG data management and reporting with hands- on experience in emissions tracking and environmental metrics
Bachelor degree in sustainability, business, environmental science, or equivalent experience desirable but not essential
Professional ESG certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) desirable but not essential

Core Competencies

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities - can make complex
ESG concepts compelling and accessible
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Stakeholder management expertise - proven ability to influence and engage diverse groups
Strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution capabilities
Change management experience in complex, multi-site organisations
Executive presence and ability to present to senior leadership and external
stakeholders
