This role is contributing to the HR function based out in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: Policy and Process Improvement by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in ESG reporting. Data Analysis and Insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to HR sustainability metrics (e.g., diversity, equity, inclusion, employee well-being). Ensuring accurate and compliant reporting of HR-related figures in alignment with ESG definitions and global standards such as ESRS, GRI, SASB, and TCFD, translating data into meaningful insights for disclosures.. Working closely with internal stakeholders (HR, sustainability, compliance, and executive teams) and external partners (auditors, consultants, and regulators) to ensure alignment on ESG objectives. Performing risk Assessment and Compliance by utilizing an audit mindset to collect, review, and document ESG-related data and processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for internal and external audit reviews. Developing trainings and workshops to promote understanding of ESG and sustainability principles impact across the organization. Qualifications for the role Bachelors degree in business administration, Sustainability, HR Management, or a related field (Master's preferred), Certification in ESG or sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI Standards, SASB Certification) is a plus. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS systems and knowledge of ESG reporting standards and frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.). Experience in a business analyst role, preferably with exposure to sustainability or ESG-related initiatives along with experience in HR departments or cross-functional teams focused on employee well-being and sustainability programs is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in preparing reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders along with strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse teams. Ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights with a strategic mindset with the ability to link HR practices to sustainability and ESG objectives. Experience with workforce analytics, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement strategies and understanding of labor laws and ethical HR practices
