Head Solution & Design-Data Center

As a Technical Pre-Sales Lead for new data center projects, your role involves leading the pre-sales process, designing solutions, conducting site surveys, and proposing tailored design solutions. You will translate client requirements into optimized technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor to customers on technical aspects and best practices. Your responsibilities also include participating in client meetings, RFIs, RFPs, and coordinating with business development teams to align solutions with the commercial strategy. In terms of design governance, you will drive high-level design architecture and validate it against company standards and global best practices. You will guide design consultants in preparing designs, review BOQs, schematics, and layouts, and collaborate with various teams to validate solution feasibility and cost. Additionally, you will work with OEMs, technology partners, and vendors to integrate the latest products and solutions into the design. Leading the Solution Design team will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and timely delivery of outputs. You will also coordinate with the Detailed Engineering function to ensure a smooth handover of designs. Staying updated on emerging technologies, energy efficiency practices, and international data center trends is essential, as well as bringing innovation to the solutioning approach. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in leading EPC firms, design consultants, or global colocation providers with multiple data projects. - Deep technical expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil design elements of Data Centers. - Global exposure or experience dealing with international clients is a plus.,
