Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales and revenue for:
    • Residential retreats and spiritual immersions
    • Wellness and transformation memberships
    • Customized corporate wellness programs
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with HNIs, CXOs, and wellness-conscious communities.
  • Lead sales planning, pricing strategies, and conversion analytics.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
  • Establish and evolve AUMs premium brand positioning across India and international wellness markets.
  • Create marketing calendars, content briefs, and engagement strategies that align with AUMs ethos.

Digital & Community Engagement

  • Oversee digital strategy, including website optimization, SEO, performance marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow AUM’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Build a loyal digital community through authentic storytelling and value-driven content.

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Manage PR agencies and develop media strategies for editorial coverage and thought leadership.
  • Build brand collaborations with luxury, spiritual, and lifestyle brands aligned with AUM’s values.
  • Forge partnerships with corporate wellness heads, yoga teachers, influencers, resorts, and retreat platforms.

Corporate Wellness & Institutional Sales

  • Develop tailored wellness offerings for corporations and institutions.
  • Lead outreach to HR and leadership development departments for workshops, retreats, and transformation programs.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience delivery and measurable value to corporate clients.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 across digital marketing, content, sales, and events.
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and foster a mission-driven team culture.
  • Drive a feedback-oriented, agile, and collaborative work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry background in:
    • Wellness, Spiritual Retreats, or Yoga Institutions
    • Premium Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Experiential Travel
    • Corporate Wellness or Leadership Coaching Programs
  • Proven ability to:
    • Sell high-value services to HNI and corporate clients
    • Build and manage digital and physical sales funnels
    • Manage integrated campaigns and performance metrics
    • Drive high-touch customer relationship strategies
  • Experience in managing PR/media agencies, brand storytelling, and premium positioning.
  • Strong network among decision-makers, lifestyle brands, and wellness practitioners.
  • Passion or active interest in spiritual or wellness ecosystems is a strong advantage.
