We’re looking for a dynamic leader to design and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy—covering inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. The role involves driving cost efficiency, process excellence, and customer satisfaction across online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities include partnering with 3PL vendors, implementing OMS/WMS/TMS systems, managing PTL dispatches, leading installation and complaint management, and driving NPS and service quality metrics.
Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in homeware/furniture/e-commerce supply chain operations and a proven ability to lead large teams and vendor networks.
