Kanchan Fashion is one of Chandni Chowk’s leading bridal and ethnic wear brands, known for its luxurious lehengas, sarees, and couture designs. With a growing online presence and a strong offline clientele, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Head of Social Media to lead our digital storytelling and drive brand growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Kanchan Fashion’s brand goals.
• Content Planning: Oversee daily content creation for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook — including reels, stories, posts, and collaborations.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement, reach, and conversions; present performance reports and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Influencer & Collaboration Management: Identify and coordinate with influencers, stylists, and bridal creators for partnerships and campaigns.
• Brand Voice & Aesthetic: Maintain consistent tone, style, and visual appeal that aligns with Kanchan Fashion’s premium image.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor movements to keep the brand ahead.
• Campaigns: Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and bridal campaigns that highlight new collections and drive footfall and online engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest marketing.
• Excellent skills in content direction, script ideation, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments (shoot team, marketing, sales).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
