Job Summary

We are hiring a Social Media Head to lead our digital presence, manage strategy, and drive brand growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement high-level social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor benchmarks.
Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across all platforms.
Monitor SEO, analytics & web traffic; report on KPIs and ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales & customer service touchpoints.
Manage community engagement, queries, and reviews.
Oversee the design, layout & visual identity of all social media accounts.
Introduce new initiatives—campaigns, promotions & interactive features.

Requirements

8–9 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with content creation, analytics tools & platform management.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
