Job Description

As a Head of Sales at ORI in Mumbai, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for regions to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals. Your role will require a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management to successfully close deals from start to finish, enabling faster client acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer's business and applications to convert their needs into technical solutions across ORI's products. - Engage as an expert in various software products, solutions, and concepts, creating compelling value propositions for ORI across verticals. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. - Prepare collateral content and presentations for techno-functional requirements to present convincingly to prospective clients. - Shadow the delivery team to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. - Coordinate with marketing and alliance teams to incorporate customer feedback and optimize product communication. - Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Post Graduation in technology or related fields from a T1/T2 institute. - 5+ years of experience in IT Consulting/Technology B2B Sales roles across multiple domains & geographies. - Experience in AI chatbot/voicebot industry is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make disciplined decisions. - Exceptional communication and copywriting skills for effective collaboration and presentations. - Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.
