Job Description

As a Head of Sales at ORI, we are seeking experienced Sales/Business Development professionals for our Mumbai location. You will play a critical role in defining and executing sales strategies to meet individual, team, and organizational goals. Your strategic mindset, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities will be instrumental in closing deals from start to finish, enabling faster client acquisition and achieving revenue growth targets. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in analyzing customer's business needs and converting them into technical solutions using ORI's products. - Expertise in understanding a diverse range of software products and solutions to create engaging presentations tailored for business leaders. - Creating compelling value propositions for ORI Products & Solutions across verticals. - Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities leading to revenue generation. - Shadowing the delivery team to ensure superior quality delivery and client satisfaction. - Coordinating with marketing and alliance teams to optimize product communication. - Negotiating terms and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Closing sales deals to meet sales targets. Our ideal candidate: - MBA/Post Graduation in technology or related fields from a reputed institute. - 5+ years of experience in IT Consulting/Technology B2B Sales serving diverse domains & geographies. - Experience in the AI chatbot/voicebot industry is a plus. - Ability to solve complex business problems, make disciplined decisions, and meet tight deadlines. - Exceptional communication and copywriting skills. - Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.
