Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Guna. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing key accounts, and developing and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The Head of Sales will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
