We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of driving sales performance through strategic planning, team management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that our projects consistently exceed market expectations.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
· Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans for residential and commercial projects.Set clear sales goals, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and direct clients.
· Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and referrals.
· Work closely with marketing and project teams to align campaigns and sales initiatives.
· Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
· Manage pricing, inventory, and deal structuring for ongoing and upcoming projects.
· Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
· Report key sales metrics, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
· Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 10–18 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or regional head role.
· Strong network and relationships within the real estate and brokerage ecosystem.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Deep understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate markets.
· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and people management skills.
