Role Summary

Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership

• Drive the firm’s PMS and AIF product sales across B2B channels.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve defined AUM and revenue targets.
• Lead expansion into new markets and regions.

• Channel Development & Management

• Identify, onboard, and engage key distribution partners including RIAs, IFAs, banks, and wealth managers.
• Conduct product training, webinars, roadshows, and other partner engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.

• Team Management

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Establish performance metrics and ensure team targets are met or exceeded.

• Client & Market Intelligence

• Track market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with the product, research, and marketing teams to develop competitive positioning.

• Operational & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal governance policies.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
