We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales to lead our business growth initiatives across Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) portfolios. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and shaping the sales organization for sustained success.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in IT managed services or cybersecurity sales leadership, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams, build executive-level relationships, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives across MSP and MSSP offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification and pipeline management to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft tailored, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Define and manage sales forecasts, performance metrics, and revenue reporting to ensure accountability and visibility.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance solution value and market penetration.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and support lead generation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of sales leadership experience in MSP, MSSP, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity services.
  • Deep understanding of managed IT and security services — including cloud, network, endpoint, SOC, SIEM, and threat detection solutions.
  • Proven success in building and leading sales organizations, achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and C-suite relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Highly strategic, analytical, and goal-oriented, with a passion for scaling business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within leading vendor ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Seceon, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SentinelOne.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks — ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR or NIST.
  • Prior experience in channel development and partner sales enablement.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Growth in customer acquisition, retention, and wallet share.
  • Pipeline generation, win rate, and forecast accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction, renewals, and strategic account growth
