Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Reach out to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and manage leads independently
• Convert leads into customers without requiring management intervention

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process

Collaboration with Architects & Interior Designers:

• Establish partnerships to drive business
• Co-create tailored design and furniture solutions

Collaboration with Design Teams:

• Translate design ideas into persuasive presentations
• Align proposals with client expectations

Market Analysis & Sales Growth:

• Track industry trends and client preferences
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Sales Strategy & Outreach:

• Plan and execute outreach strategies (social media, cold calling, construction site visits)
• Identify new business opportunities in the design and furniture sector

Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of proven experience in the furniture and interior design industry
• 4+ years of hands-on sales experience in B2C or B2B luxury/home interior markets
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and design processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and close deals without supervision
• Familiarity with outreach methods like social media campaigns, cold calling, etc.
• Comfortable collaborating with architects, designers, and vendors
• Passionate about interior design with a customer-first mindset
