What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing

luxury bespoke furniture

carpentry, polish, upholstery, and metal departments

• Proven track record in managing production teams and ensuring top-quality execution

• Excellent eye for detail, with a focus on maintaining craftsmanship at the highest level

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production across multiple departments (woodwork, polish, upholstery, and metal)

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems

• Work closely with design teams to translate concepts into flawless execution

• Manage timelines, optimize workflows, and ensure cost efficiency

• Mentor and guide production teams to consistently deliver high standards
