Responsibilities

• Oversee

  end-to-end execution

  of interior design and construction projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Implement and manage

  project management software/tools

  (Zoho, Trello, Asana, or similar) to track progress, tasks, and milestones.
• Coordinate between

  design, production, site, and client-facing teams

  for smooth communication.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, flagging risks or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure clients are updated regularly on project status.
• Assist in standardizing

  SOPs and workflows

  for project execution as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience

  in project management, preferably within

  interior design, architecture, or construction projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  project management tools/software

  and comfort setting up systems from scratch.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Background in interior design or architecture is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong operational mindset with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
