Head of Sales (Furniture & Interior Design)

As the Head of Sales at The Design Story, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and leading sales efforts for our high-end furniture and bespoke interior design solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Conversion: - Reach out to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and manage leads independently - Convert leads into customers without requiring management intervention - Client Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process - Collaboration with Architects & Interior Designers: - Establish partnerships to drive business - Co-create tailored design and furniture solutions - Collaboration with Design Teams: - Translate design ideas into persuasive presentations - Align proposals with client expectations - Market Analysis & Sales Growth: - Track industry trends and client preferences - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Sales Strategy & Outreach: - Plan and execute outreach strategies (social media, cold calling, construction site visits) - Identify new business opportunities in the design and furniture sector Qualifications: - 5-6 years of proven experience in the furniture and interior design industry - 4+ years of hands-on sales experience in B2C or B2B luxury/home interior markets - Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and design processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and close deals without supervision - Familiarity with outreach methods like social media campaigns, cold calling, etc. - Comfortable collaborating with architects, designers, and vendors - Passionate about interior design with a customer-first mindset If you are a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the furniture and interior design industry, we invite you to apply and help us continue to grow at The Design Story.,
