Head of Research & Insights

Role Overview

Build a research engine to publish industry papers, GCC insights, leadership frameworks and data-driven reports.

Key Responsibilities

Produce whitepapers, leadership insights, talent reports, GCC deep-dives.
Build research narratives for events & sponsors.
Lead data analysis, surveys, industry mapping.
Develop IP: "Flexi GCC Index", "Top 1% Leadership Playbook", etc.
Enable media amplification with Financial Express + partners.

Skills & Experience

8–15+ years in research, consulting, analytics, or think-tank roles.
Strong writing, analysis & executive communication skills.
