Head of Research

Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI research projects and clinical research studies to advance the development of AI solutions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement AI algorithms for medical imaging analysis. - Contribute to the development and optimization of AI models for chest X-ray, CT, and MRI image interpretation. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and participate in conferences such as CVPR, MICCAI, and Radiology to share insights and gather knowledge. - Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI models by conducting thorough validation and testing processes. - Drive the integration of AI solutions into healthcare systems to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient care. Qualifications Required: - PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, or related field. - Proven experience in developing AI models for medical imaging analysis, particularly in chest X-ray, CT, and MRI interpretation. - Strong programming skills in AI frameworks and languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements for AI in healthcare, including MFDS, FDA, and CE guidelines. - Knowledge of RACA for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and experience in HTA evaluations. - Expertise in AI model development, including foundation models, multimodal learning, and generalization robustness.
