We’re Hiring: QA Lead

experienced QA Lead

What You’ll Do

• Lead the QA team in delivering high-quality, bug-free software releases
• Oversee and perform

  manual testing

  across multiple platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain

  automation test frameworks

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality from concept to delivery
• Implement and refine QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first thinking

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience

  in both

  manual and automation testing

  for web and mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar automation/testing tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead QA activities independently
