We’re Hiring: QA Lead 🖥️ Vishwaguru Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our growing team and drive quality excellence across our enterprise software projects. 🔍 What You’ll Do Lead the QA team in delivering high-quality, bug-free software releases Oversee and perform manual testing across multiple platforms Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality from concept to delivery Implement and refine QA processes, tools, and best practices Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first thinking 💡 What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar automation/testing tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead QA activities independently 📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid/On-site) 📅 Experience: 6+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role ✨ Why Join Us?
